Nike unveiled the Epic React FlyKnit

After being largely busy with the production of basketball sneakers - like for example the new PG2 and the Kobe A.D. “Black Mamba” - Nike unveiled its latest running model, which will substitute the old Lunar Epic 2 model. The shoe is called Nike Epic React FlyKnit and, as it can be seen from the pics, has its main focus on the “foam react cushioning”, the latest Swoosh’s technology that replaces the old EVA foam.

The Nike Epic React FlyKnit could be the most tested running shoe ever, as Nike made it run for more than 27 thousand kilometers to be sure to launch the best product possible on the market. The result is a much lighter and softer shoe, with an “energy return” that is way better than the Lunar Epic 2. The aesthetic also got its attention, with a one-piece dark blue FlyKnit upper, for a perfect mix of comfort, lightness, and breathability. Midsole and outsole are also made by a unique React unit, with a rubber section on the bottom to provide the best grip and traction.
