The NBA announced the reserves for the 2018 All-Star Game Yes, yes, yes... There also is Damian Lillard

After announcing the starting fives at the end of the last week, the NBA also announced the reserves that will participate at the 2018 All-Star Game in Los Angeles. And yes, there’s also Damian Lillard. Portland Trail Blazers’ number 0 got to impose himself over the many guards in the Western Conference that could easily participate at the All-Star Game, and he earned his third participation. There also are Draymond Green and Klay Thompson - that alongside with Curry and Durant make the Warriors the most represented franchise - other than Karl-Anthony Towns, Jimmy Butler, LaMarcus Aldridge and of course the NBA reigning MVP, Russell Westbrook.

We also saw interesting calling in the Eastern Conference where there are three first-time newcomers. Those are Victor Oladipo, who’s having a great season with the Indiana Pacers, Bradley Beal and “The Unicorn” Kristaps Porzingis. Then, there is Kyle Lowry, that joins his Raptors teammate DeMar DeRozan, Jonh Wall - that unlike Beal is at his fifth participation - Al Horford and Kevin Love. As usual, for a number of players that got the call for the All-Star Game, there are as many that haven’t been selected but could easily participate in the game.

And you should remember that this year there won’t be the usual East v West format but that the two teams will be drafted by captains LeBron James and Steph Curry. We’ll find the teams between the end of this week and the beginning of the next one. Which would be your choices?
