City Boys FC bag inspired to 90s psychedelic shirt
Crazy goalkeepers and even crazier shirts
November 24th, 2017
There has been a window of time in the football history when all the most psychedelic and craziest shirts were produced. It was between the 80s and the 90s when the fluo colors and geometric patterns were dominating the fashion. Normally the craziest shirts were reserved to the craziest players on the pitch: goalkeepers, who were superstars at that time, think about Higuaita, Pagliuca or Chilaviert. Following much of that same rationale, City Boys has reimagined one of the football’s own staples and given it a whole new purpose. Playing too with that same nostalgia and authenticity, City Boys FC has taken an actual football shirt and transformed it into a small pouch bag. The shirt is not just any football shirt, but rather a real deadstock version of David Seaman’s Euro 96 England kit.
