Belgium new shirt for the World Cup
For the Red Devils, adidas was inspired by the kit used during the 1984 European Championship

Among all the jerseys presented today by adidas Football, there also Belgium’s, that this time is strongly aiming to the World Cup. The Red Devils, in fact, can count on a magnificent squad - especially if coach Martinez will call Radja Nainngolan up - and now they also have a spectacular shirt.
Les Diable Rouges, in fact, will wear one of the kits made by adidas Football and inspired by the past, in their case the one that Belgium wore during the 1984 European Championship. And even if that tournament was one to forget - they only got two points and failed to overcome the group stage - the shirt that they wore was one of the best looking ever. The main color is, of course, red, enlightened by a black and gold diamond pattern on the chest. The yellow adidas logo completes the front part, while the darker red stripes are on the sides. Same color for the shorts and the socks, that create a monochromatic but nice retro kit.
As the other kits presented today (Germany, Argentina, and Mexico among others), Belgium kit is part of a larger collection that includes sweatshirts and accessories.
