5 GIFs from the football weekend - e02
Five football pearls that you've missed this weekend
September 18th, 2017
f A quick recap of the football weekend: in Italy, we scored a bunch of goals - just Dybala scored 8 in 4 games - and the big teams are always winning while the weak ones are losing, everything according to plan. In the rest of Europe is not that different actually: Paris Saint Germaine keeps beating everyone that steps on its way (and they still have time to argue about free-kicks and penalties), in England the main game of the weekend was the derby Chelsea vs Arsenal but it ended with a disappointing 0-0. So let's move to the real news, in 5 easy gifs. Let's start.
1. Pietro Pellegri was born on 17th march of 2001
When I hear that guy from 2001 scored a goal in Serie A, I always tend to link the year of born with FIFA that I was playing with during that time. If this was not enough to impress you, think that Pietro Pellegri is the youngest player to score multiple goals in a match in Europe's top-5 leagues this century. And his father reaction on the bench was priceless.

2. How to behave when someone tries the elastic, vol II
I'm pretty sure that Neymar tried the elastic on Kenny Tete to entry as baller in our special gif ranking. But instead is the young defender from Olympique Lyon the hero of this week, cheers Kenny.
3. The save of the week
The Messi's freekick is definitely one of those rainbows that you already know where is gonna end (the net!). But we did not consider the Superman version of Getafe's goalkeeper Guaita, with his mouth open and straight arms flying in front of the goal.
4. The new Man United's captain
During Everton vs Man United, Wayne Rooney was looking at redshirt in the same way you look at your ex-girlfriend, the one that you imagined your life with. It was painful, even more, when Antonio Valencia - the new Captain of the Red Devils - scored a goal like this one, is the same to see that same ex-girlfriend very happy with a handsome young guy. It's just really sad.
5. Mario Balotelli, is that you?
Sometimes I still hope that Mario Balotelli becomes the best Italian player of the millennium lead the Nazionale to a World Cup and be able to speak about the racism issues in our football. Unfortunately, I understand that Mario really doesn't care about that stuff. But when I watch those rockets from the Costa Azzura, I still have that feeling.
See you next week.
