The Philadelphia Union is a fashion oriented team and they prove it again, this time for a good cause. As part of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, the club unveiled a special collection of cleats designed in collaboration with shoe customizer Kickasso and fifteen youngsters currently battling or affected by cancer.
The partnership started early this year when fifteen partecipants meet Union's player they had the chance to chat with them and started to design some skeetches for the boots. After that, the paints were sent to Kickasso that did the hard part of the job rendering the skeetches and following the production of the boots. The result is astonishing: in many boots it is possible to spot some cartoons caracters like Spongebob or the Minions; or some more classical movies like Batman or Star Wars.
