Some of you may be familiar with the name City Boys FC, the Japanese brand that realizes minimal-styled tees inspired by some of the greatest champions of the past (sometimes not so past) of world football. Right now, we saw phenomenon like Ronaldo, Raúl, Davids, and Ronaldinho embroidered on City Boys’ tees, which has released yet another collection - partially available and partially not - dedicated to THE number 10 of Italian football, Francesco Totti.
After making all football supporters cry during his retirement as a player, the Pupone stayed out of the radars for a while, then coming back a few weeks ago for his new role as Roma’s executive. City Boys FC wanted to celebrate his legend with three different products, realized with its iconic minimalistic style. One it's a pair of socks - yes, that’s right - called “(San) Francesco” Socks, and realized with the iconic Rome Red on a white base, with the “Francesco” writing in plain sight and the “San” part unveiled under the sock’s fold.
The other two are the “Tottee” - a clear wordplay with “Totti” and “Tee” - a very simple shirt, available both in white and navy blue, with the silhouette of the former giallorossi captain embroidered on the chest, in one of his most famous gestures, the finger pointed to the sky. The other is a cap, called “Selfie Cap”, which of course represents Francesco Totti making a selfie after the famous goal scored in the derby against Lazio. Not randomly, the cap will be available (for now, is “coming soon”) both in Rome Red and Lazio Azure.
The City Boys FC collection dedicated to Francesco Totti is partially available and partially coming on the Japanese brand’s website.
