As always, Tokyo Fashion Week challenges the fact that the title of fashion capital bounces between Milan and Paris. With a riot of style, including knitted sleeveless jackets, Balenciaga outfits and flared trousers, the inhabitants of the Asian metropolis know how to perfectly combine preppy with goth, formalwear with urbanwear, in a marriage of discordant elements that when mixed together turn out to be inexplicably harmonious and cool.
