A day at Ferrari's Maranello headquarters
On the occasion of the preview launch of the new PUMA ION Speed sneakers
October 11th, 2021
On the occasion of the preview launch of the new PUMA ION Speed sneakers, a daring mix of high performance materials with a design shape inspired by the racing attitude of the Ferrari SF90 Stradale and which will be available from December, we met Carlos Sainz at Fiorano. A unique day of speed, first on the track aboard one of the world's most powerful cars, then with Carlos Sainz, who knows a thing or two about speed, and finally at the Ferrari museum, a veritable temple of history, speed and dynamism. The new trainers to be released in December celebrate the unique bond between PUMA and Ferrari, two brands whose sole objective is to be the fastest of all, all the time. It's no coincidence that the new trainers are named after "Ion", an atom in the form of a shoe created to electrify everything it encounters. PUMA and Ferrari have succeeded in the difficult task of translating all the racing attitude of the team in a shoe, creating something that define unique could undoubtedly be reductive.
