Also this year we were in Delhi, at the Lotus Makeup India Fashion Week, the most important event for fashion lovers in India, along with the Lakme Fashion Week. The event was born in 2000 and compared to the other Fashion Weeks in the world it's still strictly reserved to insiders and professionals of the industry. 
The looks seen in Delhi tell a lot about the style and taste of Indian fashionistas. Many of the most traditional and ethnic aspects are preserved, only to a small extent influenced by the hype and European and American streetwear. Here then appear UNIQLO UT t-shirts, Louis Vuitton bags, and Balenciaga sneakers.
