Last Sunday we went to the first edition of "THE EVENT", a streetwear-themed event hosted by the store Arti Urbane based in Ferrara. For the event, the store hosted a special Expo of 130 limited edition sneakers, a selection of KAWS, Lego and Medicom toys, and of selected works of art by pop artists with the likes of Takashi Murakami.
In an atmosphere of passion and great interest, the sneaker collection of Attilio Fuocolento - Italian collector and Sneakerhead - has certainly sparked interest and curiosity amongst the attendees. Among the many silhouettes on display, there were two colourways of '85s Jordan 1 OG, the Jordan 1 in collaboration with Union, fragment design and Travis Scott, the recent Nike x sacai, a selection of Nike Dunk SB, Air Max 1 and several sneakers of the lucky collaboration between Nike and OFF-WHITE.
A nice surprise was the selection of not hyped but rich in history Nike silhouettes such as the Japan City Pack, the Dunk SB High "Cowboy" and the Air Zoom Terra Tattoo by Katsuya Terada.
