Moncler Genius Craig Green launch event at SSENSE Montreal

One of the most exciting fashion events this year is without a doubt Moncler’s Genius Project, where 7 different designers have created special individual capsule collections for Moncler that are releasing at even intervals over the summer and fall. It was inaugurated by none other the Hiroshi Fujiwara, which was followed up by Kei Ninomiya and on Aug 22nd the turn came to the third designer in line, Craig Green. Giving his unique perspective to the Moncler universe, especially with his take on the staple Moncler down jackets, that through his fingers are morphed into otherworldly looking armor, underlining the ranges main issues of protection and function. To mark the launch a special event took place at SSENSE Montreal where his installation from Milan's fashion week at the start of the year was recreated in store, amplifying Moncler’s performance heritage with Green’s survivalist learnings.
