Kendall Jenner admits to suffer of anxiety

All is not gold that glitters. The stars also suffer, cry and go through dark period. The latest trend in the world of celebrities seems to be to reveal these "weaknesses", the moments of despair, the imperfection fragments that stain a seemingly perfect life. After Lady Gaga, it is now up to Kendall Jenner admit to suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. The model has revealed on her personal app “Anxiety was a huge hurdle for me to deal with this past year (and security concerns didn't help), but I think I'm finally learning how to cope”. And in another post she recalled “I once had a really bad attack on a plane and just had to ride it out, I felt my heart beating a million miles an hour and I even went a little numb”. Time ago the girl had said to also suffer from sleep paralysis, a problem that may have exacerbated her malaise. On the advice of her sister Kim, Kendall started practicing meditation as a tool to manage anxiety and it seems that this activity will give her help. In fact, she “learned that it's all mental, so I try to prevent anxiety attacks by bringing my mind somewhere else”. We hope that small Jenner can find peace and calm, come on Kendall, you can do it!
