This designer turns the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 into face masks
Is a trend born?
October 20th, 2016
Brace yourself, because if you are true Yeezy fanatic this news could have you freak out.
Chinese designer Zhijun Wang is, in fact, revolutionising Yeezy Boost 350 V2. Cutting and ripping apart perfectly good pairs of the sneakers of the moment, Wang creates super cool face masks.
Chinese capital Beijing, where the designer is from, is so heavily affected by pollution that its citizens are encouraged to wear masks and Wang has just proposed the first fashionable alternative to the classic 'hospital-like' ones we're used to see in the city's streets.
Thanks to his original mix of fashion and functionality, Wang is breaking the Internet and is already recreating his own invention by using different sneakers. Is it the birth of a trend?
