In Italy, you can now go to the cinema for 2 euros
Every second Wednesday of the month
September 13th, 2016
Enjoying a movie (almost) for free is no longer a dream. Tomorrow, Wednesday September 14, 2016, Cinema2Day will debut, the initiative promoted by the Ministry of Culture in collaboration with producers, distributors, and cinemas which allows the audience to watch a movie for only 2 euros.
The ticket will be valid for all the movies at every time of the day, with exception of 3D films, which will enjoy a discounted rate anyway.
The cinemas that joined the event are over three thousand throughout Italy and can be found on Cinema2Day's website. The promotion will run every second Wednesday of the month and includes six dates: September 14, October 12, November 9, December 14, 2016, January 11 and February 8, 2017.
