Drake is opening a strip club

Brace yourself, Drake is opening his own strip club.

These days the Canadian rapper is making big news, all the headlines and websites being focused on his ambiguous relationship with Rihanna. And Drizzy sure doesn't seem wanting the storm to end. Last night, in fact, while launching a pop-up at Houston’s Toyota Center during his Houston Appreciation Weekend, he announced he is aiming to provide his public with a “new dance experience” and unveiled the plan to open a strip club by next year.

The news came with an instagrammed flyer featuring a pair of dancing shoes and the words ‘The Ballet', accompanied by a caption reading: “Tonight is a different take on how it should be done in Houston. Treat yourself don't cheat yourself. Where the women are on a pedestal and the surroundings are unforgettable. The Ballet pop up tonight for HAW. Grand opening early 2017”. 

The promise is that it will be a classy kind of strip club, "honest and genuine", vary far from the cheesy idea one might have, as the Hotline Bling singer explained to the dancing crowd yesterday night: “there’s a culture out there of dancing and it’s not about no strip club shit, it’s about these amazing women that we’ve got in one spot, the music that we’ve got, and the Houston culture that we got”.
