Cara Delevingne will star in Luc Besson's new movie

After launching Milla Jocovich, entrusting her debut role in "The Fifth Element", it seems that Besson has shifted his attention to another prominent personality of the fashion world: Cara Delevingne.

The model was in fact selected by Besson - announcing it via Twitter - to be part of his latest science fiction movie "Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets", which will be ready starting from 2017. Inspired by the French novel of 1967 "Valérian and Laureline" of Pierre Christin and Jean-Claude Mezieres, the film will follow the story of Valerian - Dana Dehaan - a traveler from the future with her faithful companion, Cara.

It's not the first cinematographic role of Cara as it certainly won't be the last: Is the catwalk maybe beginning to be too short for Cara?
