#iLLtakeyouto ICELAND
April 1st, 2015
Few time ago I was sitting on my couch thinking that it was the time of the year when I usually have that “need to get the hell out of here” mood, so I’ve started thinking of unusual places to visit around the globe. Usually I escape to hot destinations with sandy beaches and palm trees, so I really wanted to test myself with extreme weather conditions.
After a long cold humid winter in London I’ve chosen a place that is by far way colder than UK…”ICELAND”
WOOW!! It turned out to be absolutely the opposite of what I was expecting…amazing views, breathtaking landscapes and spectacular places make this country a unique and a “must go” destination on earth. In only few days I’ve managed to cover hundreds of miles surrounded by geysers, waterfalls, frozen lakes, canyons, scary cliffs and I had the honor to witness one of the most spectacular natural phenomena on earth, The Northern Lights.
Every location is so different and unusual in an amazing way that makes you even forget about the harsh weather and you feel like you are right on top of the Moon.
I can only say that as a traveller I would definitely recommend this beautiful destination to any traveller, even not experienced, who wants to spend a different and exciting 4/5 days in a magical location which could also be a good value for money.
