A strategy to launch the new models

Apple wants to take the old iMacs off the market A strategy to launch the new models
In a surprise move, Apple took several configurations of its iMacs off the Apple Store, fueling rumours that a new version might be on its way. In fact, all the clues seem to confirm the theory, by visiting the online store it's in fact possible to select only two configurations (the 256 GB one and the 1 TB one), while the others are no longer available.

There isn't much news at the moment about what the new iMacs will look like, whether they'll be presented with a Keynote with great fanfare or if they'll just be added to the catalogue. According to some rumours, the design could be inspired by the Apple Pro Display XDR, characterized by a flat back and thin edges, while the colours chosen could refer to the shades of the iconic iMac G3

The colours leaked in some leaks are currently five (silver, space grey, rose gold, green and light blue) already seen on the latest version of the Apple tablet.
