Mowalola and 032c among the guests of the Reference Festival in Berlin

Founded in 2019, this year Reference Festival returns in a new version, part of the Berlin Fashion Week relaunch project, marking the beginning of the collaboration with the Berlin Senate with the aim of creating a new perspective for the German city. The theme of this edition is "Navigating Parallel Realities", a reference to the multidisciplinary approach used by the festival ready to debut in an unprecedented phygital version. 

On January 21, the Zeiss Major Planetarium will host the festival as a key venue for the event, while the following day the Reference Studios headquarters will become an art gallery with digital activations available on the Reference Realities virtual platform. Thus the festival aims to break down territorial barriers to involve the public on a global scale. Furthermore, this edition sees the debut of the Reference Prize, an award in collaboration with Slam Jam aimed at new generations of creatives with the aim of creating a new support for art and creativity.
