Moncler's new store on the Champs-Élysées
A fusion of Parisian sophistication and mountain atmosphere
December 11th, 2020
Yesterday Moncler unveiled its new Parisian boutique, open on Avenue des Champs-Élysées. The new store, spread over an area of 1000 square meters, was designed by the French studio Gilles & Boissier that equipped it with a series of technological innovations that go beyond the limits of traditional retail to offer an integrated shopping experience between physical and digital.
An immersive space where the Haussman architectural style of the exterior is combined with details that evoke the classic mountain chalets. Eclecticism also concerns materials: stone and French marble, raw and burnt woods, mountain rocks and tempered bronze. Throughout the boutique, reflective surfaces create trompe l'oeil effects with full-length mirrors, tile walls, and ceilings treated with a smoky or antique effect.
