ENGINE's kit to prepare gin and tonic at home
All sales profits will be donated to the CESVI Foundation for the Hospital of Bergamo
May 21st, 2020
For the entire lockdown phase, and for who knows how long, all gin and tonic lovers were forced to become bartenders themselves. In Milan there is no shortage of cocktail-delivery services, but if you want to spend an evening in company while the bars are closed you will need something more. ENGINE, an Italian cold compound gin born from the idea of Paolo Dalla Mora, brings home the ultimate drink set: the Engine Oil Inclusive Kit. Inside the special packaging there is everything you need for the homemade happy hour: a grand prix bucket, tin glasses and organic gin produced in the Langhe enclosed in its irreverent and characteristic engine oil can that celebrates the great myths of motocross of the 80s. To complete the cocktail, just think of the ice, the tonic and add a sage leaf as the final garnish.
All proceeds from the sales of this special kit, which is available online at the price of € 69, will be donated to CESVI, in particular to the fundraising project #sostieniunospedale. The aim of the fundraising is to help the Papa Giovanni XXIII Hospital in Bergamo to buy respirators, non-invasive ventilation devices, hemodynamic monitoring instruments, headphones, masks, gowns and disposable glasses for medical staff; but also to assist the old people living alone in Milan and Bergamo by delivering meals, shopping, masks and medicines at home.
