5 things to do for the Milan wekend

The Green Days sang "Wake me up when September ends" and then for the first weekend of October we decided to give you the perfect plan to face the first cold days in Milan. Like every first Sunday of the month, many museums will be free, but if you are looking for something new, you can celebrate among pints of German beer along the Darsena or discover some of the rarest sneakers in the world, during the two days of Sneakerness.

Everything is ready for the second edition of the most important streetwear event in Italy, which last year gathered more than 10 thousand fans at Fabbrica Orobia. The location has not changed and more than 50 resellers are expected, along with a series of top-level partners like StockX, Foot Locker, Mini, TikTok, and Swatch, which will present the collaboration with BAPE for the first time in Italy. To complete the schedule, DJ set, food trucks and talks dedicated to sneakers, their history and their impact on the world of fashion and society.

To Chill - “NOT SAD, NOT HAPPY, JUST ACID”

On the anniversary of the FITI art space, the digital artist Ignorance shows his works of Acid Graphic, an innovation movement, and the latest graphic trend. The exhibition "NOT SAD, NOT HAPPY, JUST ACID" takes inspiration from raves, interpreted with irony and dark humor. The event will be the first dedication to "acid graphics" in Milan.

To Discover - Fred Perry murales

Fred Perry has chosen a maxi interactive mural on the Naviglio Grande to celebrate the iconic polo, a symbol of the English brand. If you haven't seen it, for a few more days you can see the mural come to life, thanks to a video in motion graphic that works by framing the QR code on the wall with the phone's camera.

To Eat - Oktoberfest in Darsena
