Pickable, the dating app where women are anonymous According to the founder it should encourage real life dates

Finding the soul mate is not only difficult. It has become a wild business made of a dating apps, a virtual maze in which women have to survive to all kinds of challenges, like the inappropriate tribute of images of male genitals, stalking and various bothers. The solutions could be Pickable. Born from the mind of Tamara Goldstein, the new app allows women to be anonymous, without names, images or descriptions, while browsing among the profiles of registered men. How does it work? If you are a woman, you go into the app, browse through the suitors and when there is one you like you send a private chat request with a selfie attached. If he accepts, you start the conversation and if it's meant to be....

For men it's a bit different: you register, create your profile (which includes a photo and a biography) and look forward to please someone and be contacted, but without seeing the female profiles. According to Pickable's staff, this program should reduce long online chats and encourage real-life appointments much faster than other apps. Someone else points out, instead, that among the many advantages, the app doesn't limit fake profiles and the invasion of spam (spiler: tons of images of kittens, instead of real selfies of girls).
