On April 23, Beyoncè’s “Lemonade” album had its first birthday.
To celebrate this fortunate project, winner of the
Grammy as the best album in 2016, Queen B. has decided to launch two projects: one noble and important, the other much more frivolous and fashion.
The singer will promote Formation Scholars, a scholarship program for young women in college or graduate school. The intent? According to a statement posted on Beyoncè official web site: “Encourage and support young women who are unafraid to think outside the box and are bold, conscious and confident”.
The other initiative is a series of clothing and accessories: tees and sweatshirts, cups, laptop cases and iPhones and many others, decorated with Bey’s “Hold up” baseball bat, “I ain' t sorry” phrase and “Boy Bye” motif.
