March 8th, 2017
A couple hurriedly leaves the diner where was eating after noticing the police enter the venue. This is the 30 seconds teaser that anticipates Fargo new season release on April 19, but also an opportunity to see Ewan McGregor in the role of an unrecognizable bald and mustachioed man.
The Scottish actor will, in fact, be the star of the FX series' new episodes, set in 2010, in the dual role of Emmit and Ray Stussy. The first is described as "the Parking Lot King of Minnesota. A handsome, self-made, real estate mogul and family man, Emmit sees himself as an American success story". In contrast, the younger brother Ray, balding and pot-bellied "is the kind of guy who peaked in high school. Now a parole officer, Ray has a huge chip on his shoulder about the hand heís been dealt, and he blames his brother, Emmit, for his misfortunes".
Together with McGregor will we also see Carrie Coon (already in The Leftovers) who will play the Sheriff Gloria Burgle and Mary Elizabeth Winstead, the cunning and seductive, recent parolee Nikki Swango.
The countdown waiting for the first episode of the new series has just begun!
