On the Saint Valentine's day, while all lovers are kissing, the web is flooded with some sad news: Bella Hadid suffers for love. She is one of the highest paid and demanded models in the world, adored by millions of followers, young, rich, spends time with cool people at cool parties and genetically blessed. Yet, she also has a heart that can be broken, like any ordinary mortal, any person who, curled up in a fetal position on the couch in front of a box of chocolates, despairs for the break up with his love. She is one of us. Talking about her affair with The Weeknd on Teen Vogue Love Issue, Bella Hadid says: " When I love somebody, I love them with my whole heart [...] It was my first breakup [...] and so public. As an outsider, you might think I handled it so well, but it's always in your heart, and you always feel it very heavily". It must not have been easy last November to meet her ex during Victoria Secret show, nor, least of all, listen the rumors about the new love affair between Abel Makkonen Tesfay and Selena Gomez, but Bella merely stop following the girl on Instagram.
"It'll be hard for a while. Love hurts, but you have to pull through"-
the model said at the famous magazine, adding words of esteem for The Weeknd, "I'll always respect him, and I'll always love him. Sometimes you want to be sad about it or handle it differently, but at the end of the day, you never want to burn a bridge that you've fought so hard to build".
