Even though the weather forecast predicts rain and the desire to go out will probably be at an all-time low, nss is here to encourage you with its weekly column and its suggestions for spending the best Milanese weekend.

To Eat - Da Ilia 1946

It is called Da Ilia 1946 but it is a novelty in the Milanese restaurant scene. The Tuscan speciality restaurant reopened this January in Via Lecco, Porta Venezia, under new management. The menu continues to offer an extraordinary pappa al pomodoro but the new restaurant, with its more contemporary look, this time also adds grilled classics and a couple of traditional Milanese dishes.

To Chill –  N’ombra de Vin

Enchanting cellar, dating back to the 15th century. It's a paradise for wine lovers: it houses over 2500 labels, selected with passion and dedication over the years. In addition to being a historical landmark and a wine shop in the heart of Brera, the cellar also functions as a gourmet bistro, where you can stroll and enjoy tasting experiences.

To Discover –  Ugo Mulas. L’operazione fotografica

Palazzo Reale presents Ugo Mulas. L’operazione fotografica, one of the most comprehensive and detailed retrospectives dedicated to one of its most important authors, Ugo Mulas. The works have the city of Milan as their main narrative core, in all its facets. 250 never-before-seen shots, which welcome the main characters of the world of culture and entertainment, but also artistic nudes, up to cities and jewels.

To Shop –  Remira Market

On Sunday, January 26th, the Remira Market returns to Santeria Toscana. The market is dedicated to vintage enthusiasts and hosts more than fifty exhibitors, offering second-hand clothes at affordable prices. A new edition dedicated to sustainability and recycling, with a sale of clothes ranging from ten to thirty euros. There's also the possibility, starting at 4 pm, to have a brunch while listening to the dj set.

To Party –  Midnight Memories Party

On Friday at the Fabrique in Milan, the evening dedicated to the hits of the 2000s arrives. The party is organized by the same team of Teenage Dream, and has all the ingredients to relive the same nostalgic vibes. A dj set to the rhythm of One Direction, Rihanna, Avicii. To make it even more special, there will be a fandom hour, where you can sing at the top of your lungs, to then conclude with the live performance of Duemilas Club.
