Where to Eat: Chez Cravan with Romain Meder

From December 11 to 14, 2024, CRAVAN hands over its kitchen to Romain Meder for a culinary residency that promises to delight all of Saint-Germain. On this occasion, the venue, ranked among the best cocktail bars in Paris, designed by Franck Audoux and created by Ramy Fischler, will transform into a flavor lab where raw materials and plant-based ingredients come together in bespoke creations. The menu features small plates to enjoy in various corners of the space, but the highlight is an exclusive dinner on the third floor, where Meder combines his expertise in "Naturalité" with Franck Audoux’s cocktail artistry. Together, they will create a unique food and cocktail pairing. A rare culinary experience to enjoy as a preview, where each dish tells a story of the season, the land, and harmony. Not to be missed.
