Retrosuperfuture Fashion Week SS17
All the collaborations
July 8th, 2016
During men's fashion week SS17 Retrosuperfuture, one of the more cutting-edge sunglasses brand on the market, has partnered with a close circle of brands. This new challenge doesn't actually surprise us, as the brand always aims at satisfying the most exigent trendsetters.
From Florence to Milan to Paris, here's the result:
Retrosuperfuture / GOSHA RUBCHINSKIY
In Florence, the Italian brand showed its sunglasses line in collaboration with Russian designer Gosha Rubchnskiy. The sunglasses were presented at Pitti Immagine Uomo, where Gosha was invited as a special guest to show his SS17 collection. The two brands have created two different silhouettes, where the aesthetics of the '90s and refined influences of the past are the undisputed protagonists. The release is scheduled for winter 2016.
Retrosuperfuture / MSGM
''Good blood does not lie'', at least that of two Italian brands like Retrosuperfuture and MSGM. On the occasion of MSGM SS17 men's show, Retrosuperfuture's design team has combined its aesthetics with the colours and the sparkling mood of the Milanese house. The silhouette of the classic Paloma is reinterpreted in three versions with a light metallic and minimal frame.
Retrosuperfuture / PIGALLE
The show signed Pigalle SS17 was one of the most anticipated in the Parisian capital this season. The brand has stunned its guests with an unexpected show, the 'Pigalle wedding'. The two companies have worked together creating a frame with a very thin white profile matched with a selection of four coloured lenses in Pigalle style.
Retrosuperfuture / CASSIUS TOILETPAPER FOR COLETTE
Another Retrosuperfuture project created in collaboration with Colette and Toiletpaper as a tribute to the new album by French duo CASSIUS. The brand has customised its SYBIL shape, recently launched, with a colorful print.
