During the 69th edition of the British Academy Film Awards, the Oscars of the British film industry which took place at the Royal Opera House in London last February 14, The Revenant and its protagonist, Leonardo DiCaprio, triumphed.
Mad Max: Fury Road, Star Wars 7, Brooklyn, The Big Short, Steve Jobs, The Spotlight Case, Bridge of Spies and Tarantino's The Hateful Eight followed.
British photographer Charlie Kwai captured the essence of that evening during the most lively (and anxious) moment of it - the red carpet. He didn't miss the chance to shoot the faces of fans so thrilled and tired of waiting at the same, but still there ready to support their idols.
