Neri Oxman and The Mediated Matter Group interpret the YET Philosophy

This is the Lexus of the MA philosophy mantra. A synergy that leads to the creation of something special, unique, unimaginable.
For the Milan Design Week 2017, the Japanese automaker has chosen to partner with Neri Oxman, an architect, and designer who deals mainly with Material Ecology. Together with his team create The Mediated Matter Group merging Computational Design, Digital Fabrication, Materials Science and Synthetic Biology. The exhibition who treated is divided into four areas, the first created by the group is inspired by the YET Philosophy and wants to live the viewer experience in which is suspended from the light.
The second area is dedicated to the Lexus Design Award 2017, which will present the prototypes of twelve finalists. The third area hosts the "Static Dynamic YET" installation that reveals Lexus UX Concept Car, the basic concept is to exploration according to different points of view. The fourth and final area emphasizes the Lexus passion for innovation and to celebrate his tenth participation in the Milan Design Week, we will be exposed frames on the Lexus inspirations of the previous nine years.
