Last night the MTV EMAs 2016 took place in Rotterdam. The music event was a crazy party with live performances and dj sets which put the stage on fire, involving the hottest international artists of the moment. From new teen idols like DNCE and Lukas Graham to big names of music like the Green Day, the show has been a perfect mix of pop music, rock and dance, which made the crowd mad.
The overall winners of the night were Justin Bieber (Best Song with Sorry and Best Fans), Lady Gaga (Best Female and Best Look) and Martin Garrix (Best Electronic and Best World Stage). Drake took the Best Hip Hop Act, Coldplay won the Best Rock Act, and Zara Larsson, who conquered the charts with her singles Lush Life and Never Forget You, won Best New Act.

#1 Green Day, Bang Bang
The punk-rock band, which won the Global Icon award, inflamed the stage with new single “Bang Bang” from their last album Revolution Radio. Then, at the end of the show, the band come back on stage to performe 2004 hit “American Idiot”, dissing Donald Trump with verse “The subliminal mind Trump America”.
#2 Bruno Mars, 24K Magic
The singer has given a funky vide to the night, performing his hit and coming on stage in Tommy Hilfiger total look for a pre-Clinton America style.
#3 The Weeknd, Starboy
Maybe the most exciting performance of the night. The Canadian singer also won the Best Video award with his song “Starboy” featured Daft Punk.
#4 Elettra Lamborghini
Let's move to the red carpet. The only one look which deserves our attention is the one of the Italian Paris Hilton, the heiress daughter of Tonino Lamborghini who attracted the eyes of the public with her very, very low-cut and see-throught dress, which gave rise to a lot of comments of Web.
#5 Rexha's twerk
The American singer, but also host of the show, tried some twerking skills, but, unfortunately for her, the public did not appreciate it. No tears in the club, Bebe, it will be better next time.
