The Instagram account @teamkanyedaily yesterday compiled a Google Spreadsheet containing a catalogue of Kanye West's major interviews of the past two decades, sixty-five in total, sorted by year and broadcaster or radio and complete with YouTube links. It ranges from the one released on RadioPlanetTV in 2002, in which a very young Kanye pre-Yeezy and in the middle of his preppie phase tells about his childhood and explains the story behind some of his favourite jewels, up to the double one with Kim Kardashian made last month for Architectural Digest.
Not only through this sequence of videos, you can follow the evolution of Kanye's style, with the many changes that have involved his public persona, but also recover a quantity of details and small information about his life that most of the newspapers and the public tend to forget, like the time that a Kanye still high school had his car flipped in a car accident, or that interview on MTV in which he talks about homophobic bullying at school and in the world of hip-hop until that moment of moderate television cringe that was the interview with Kris Jenner in 2013, in which his own mother-in-law began to ask him questions about his relationship with Kim and he made one of his first professions of faith with: "I'm Christian".
