Last weekend the sunny city of Naples welcomed the nss edicola and Google communities for a unique collaboration. Exciting events celebrated the link between creativity and technology in an initiative entirely dedicated to the Google Pixel 9, a device that transforms the concept of a smartphone by becoming an artistic tool. Some close friends of nss, Neapolitan talents who have made creativity their work: Gilda Ambrosio, Ciro Pipoli, All About Naples, Vienmsnsuonno1926 and the Numeraio collective, who captured the aesthetics of Naples in their own way using the Pixel 9, were called upon to test the brand's new product. The works were then employed by nss edicola for an exclusive capsule collection J'Adore Napoli, unveiled Dec. 12 at the Piazza San Pasquale edicola. The following day, an evening celebrating the collaboration took place at the Madre Museum in the historic center, while a series of interactive “Made with Google Pixel” workshops with Clessio and Sexsdreams kicked off on Dec. 14 and 15. Each moment organized by nss edicola and Google was a unique opportunity to get up close and personal with the advanced capabilities of the new Pixel 9 tool, including Gemini's generative artificial intelligence and all the specific photographic tools. Naples, with its creative and innovative spirit, was the perfect stage for the launch of Pixel 9, which combines art and cutting-edge technology in a surprising way. Here's how these days together with Google went, shot through Michele Velo's lens.
