After a year of touring events and investing in various pop-up restaurants, this quartet has finally found its own space, blending friendliness and culinary creativity. At lunchtime, this hybrid place offers reinvented club sandwiches, combining traditional flavors with touches of innovation. In the evening, the menu expands to include creative small plates, accompanied by biodynamically grown wines, carefully selected to enhance every dish. Known for its warm atmosphere, it is set to host the talented chef Juan Pablo Rojas Pineda in residence from September 3rd to 27th. The chef, whose cuisine is inspired by his travels, encounters, and various forms of art, will offer an innovative menu that promises to surprise the palates of good food enthusiasts.
