Yardland returns for its second edition on July 6th and 7th to the Hippodrome de Paris – Vincennes. Initially scheduled for 2023, the first edition was canceled due to riots that erupted across France following the murder of Nahel Merzouk by a police officer. This festival, a true celebration of hip-hop and Afro-Caribbean cultures, offers a volcanic and eclectic lineup. Among this year’s headliners are renowned international artists such as Gunna and Rema, as well as emerging talents like Kay The Prodigy and H JeuneCrack. The lineup also includes performances by the Belgian rapper Shay, Kaaris, Amaarae, Ateyaba, and many more. Organized by the media outlet Yard in partnership with We Love Green, Yardland stands out for its commitment to inclusivity and representation of ethnic minorities in the festival space. In addition to concerts, the festival offers exhibitions, a food court with flavors from around the world, conferences, and workshops, transforming the event into a blueprint for a new cultural experience dedicated to popular cultures.
