The city offers numerous outdoor places to visit: the options to choose from and places to go are truly endless. Additionally, Euro 2024 is underway, so you might choose to enjoy dinner out to watch the Italy match, scheduled for Saturday at 6:00 PM. As usual, the guide from nss comes to your rescue. Here are 5 things to do in Milan this weekend.

What to visit in Milan - Gae Aulenti

The Triennale hosts an exhibition that showcases the entire artistic journey of Gae Aulenti. For the occasion, 1:1 scale environments have been recreated (including the set design for Strauss’s Elektra, the Fiat dealership in Zurich, and the Olivetti store in Buenos Aires). There is also an external corridor where sketches and models, notes and photographs, drawings and magazines are gathered - an area of the museum that will likely be more appreciated by professionals in the field, but we also recommend the exhibition to enthusiasts and the curious.

Where to relax in Milan - Da Otto

Da Otto is an entirely Italian venue nestled in Milan's Chinatown, on Via Paolo Sarpi. The formula offered is self-service. The wide selection includes a range of wines and organic beer. You can choose from eight platters, weekend brunch, and sweet and savory snacks. Everything is cooked the same day, fresh and with quality ingredients.

Where to shop in Milan - SQUAD

Vintage enthusiasts can’t miss Squad Milano, retailers of rock band t-shirts and Levi's denim of every model. A small store near the Columns of San Lorenzo, it’s a real oasis for fans of the '90s and 2000s. Hoodies made in the USA, rare t-shirts, but also trading cards, video games, and collectibles.

Where to have fun in Milan - Magnolia

For this edition of our 5 things to do in Milan series, the "Where to have fun" section will also have an Azzurri theme. The Circolo Magnolia presents in collaboration with Offside the screening of Italy-Switzerland. Three matches were enough to bring everyone together. A group stage passed with some difficulty but a miraculous Zaccagni helped us get through unscathed. Now it’s the round of 16 and we can gather once again in our park to support our team.
