The 34th issue of BUTT magazine celebrates the queer world
Which of you can't wait to read the interview with Jason Okundaye?
March 7th, 2024
Following its surprising comeback in 2022, BUTT magazine continues to be a reference point supporting the most important topics in queer culture. From prominent international figures like Arca and Félix Maritaud to lesser-known activists and sex workers, the magazine consistently explores the most remote corners of queer life to provide an insightful overview of our times. The new issue, packed with content, includes interviews with personalities such as Hollywood star Hari Nef, joining esteemed names like Jason Okundaye, Jean-Pierre Blanc, Constance Debré, and Frank Rediess, straight from Berlin's Ficken 3000. It is also embellished with provocative photographs by Kuba Ryniewicz and Paul Mpagi Sepuya.
To celebrate the launch of issue 34, on March 22nd, the magazine will host a special release event in Mexico City with the support of partner Bottega Veneta. The party - extending throughout the night - will feature DJs and live performances, including a set curated by Tayhana, Ariel Zetina & Miss Twink USA. For this special occasion, a limited edition t-shirt collaboratively designed with Mexican Jihad & co will be released. Additionally, on March 28th, BUTT will celebrate the new issue in Berlin with an evening at the Volksbühne theater: transgressive queer culture, fanzines, music, and live performances are set to welcome attendees.
