Saturday 20 May will see the start of the International Architecture Exhibition of the Venice Biennale, an event of art and innovation that will host works and creatives from all over the world. This year, the Italian Pavilion has obtained the support of Bottega Veneta for Mondo Novo, a Public Programme set up at the Teatrino Grassi in Venice curated by Fosbury Architecture, designed to bring attention to the major themes in the world of architecture. Divided into five moments, Mondo Novo will feature some of the best-known names on the international architecture scene as guests, and will run until 26 November, the closing date of the Biennale.

«Supporting the Italian Pavilion and its Public Program is an honour,» explained Bottega Veneta's artistic director Mathieu Blazy. «The global vision of Venice offers an incredible platform to navigate ideas and creativity, especially in a collective, multidisciplinary effort with Fosbury Architecture.» Fosbury Architecture is an architectural agency created in 2013 by Giacomo Ardesio, Alessandro Bonizzoni, Nicola Campri, Veronica Caprino and Claudia Mainardi. Since its inception, the collective has been exploring the relationship between architecture and people, sustainability and pragmatism, with the aim of discovering new processes and new limits. Fosbury Architecture's work includes the conception of urban strategies, exhibition design, editorial projects, and educational programmes.
