When, at the first signs of sunset in the Milan sky, the computer screens are turned off and the street lamps turn yellow, hundreds of barmen start uncorking Rosso Campari bottles, certain that, like every evening, lovers of the Aperitivo Milanese will choose the brightly colored bitter for their cocktails. The history of Campari has been intertwined with that of the city of Milan since the iconic brand was founded back in 1860. That's why on 4 and 5 May, to unveil the new design of the Aperitivo's most popular bottle, Campari unveiled an unprecedented drone show in the skies over Milan, a riot of lights and colors unique in Europe to celebrate the strong bond between the brand and the city, and which immersed the most famous corners of the city center in an evocative atmosphere, starting from Parco Sempione. A choreography of a thousand drones colored the Milanese sky with Campari Red, drawing in a breathtaking aerial parade the icons that link the history of Milan and that of Campari.
On 4 May, Campari organized a multi-story party in the famous Ronin building, an event divided into four spaces aimed at celebrating the red bitter with themed sets and cocktail lists, which ranged from the more classic Negroni and Sbagliato to innovative proposals inspired by Japanese culture that reinterpreted the classic Boulevardier, while the service at the party at the historic Piazza Duomo venue founded by Davide Campari in 1915, Camparino in Galleria, married the brand's deep past with its biting sense of modernity.Supporting the development of the world of the Arts, Campari also financed the reopening of the Nuovo Cinema Orchidea, the historic theatre in Via Terraggio built in the 15th century for the Sforza family and which became a cinema in 1949, a project that sees the brand further connected to the history of Milan.
