Moncler chairman Remo Ruffini has decided to invest in the food world again by focusing on Neapolitan pizza. Specifically, Archive, an independent company controlled by Ou(r) Group, that is, the holding company of the Ruffini family, has acquired 47.5 percent of the Concettina ai Tre Santi pizzeria. The acquisition of Concettina ai Tre Santi by Archive Srl, which holds an equity stake (47.5 percent) in the company that includes the pizzeria founded by the Oliva family seventy years ago, is undoubtedly an exceptional recognition of the tradition and gourmet pizza of Ciro Oliva.
«Archive's mission - it says in a statement - is to support highly innovative leaders and entrepreneurs by nurturing their businesses and translating their visions into meaningful and sustainable growth». Ruffini's company's entrepreneurial challenge is to create new opportunities to help businesses and corporations express their value. Not that Ruffini is a stranger to the world of restaurants: After taking a 40 percent stake in Langosteria Holding, a group that includes Milan restaurants Langosteria, Langosteria Bistrot, Langosteria Café Milan and Paris, and the seasonal Langosteria Paraggi, the choice fell on Neapolitan pizza. It must be said that, as with the Langosteria in Milan, the Ruffini family holding company has put the goal of improving the customer experience at the forefront.
So it remains to be seen what plans and ideas will be implemented to bring the same determination to constantly strive for excellence to Naples. For his part, Ciro Oliva expresses his satisfaction: «We are happy with this partnership that aims to improve. An agreement that aims to support the venue while respecting its identity and what it represents for the city», says Oliva. «In everything, we will do, we will always keep in mind the close connection of "Concettina" with tradition and innovation. That is the secret of our success», he concluded.
