What do you like the most about Timberland City Collection and which elements of your city does the boot reminds you the most?

If you had to build an outfit inspired by your city’s vibes starting from the Timberland City Collection boot, which other items would you pick?

I like the way Timberland has managed to create a feeling about these different cities. It’s all about details, then you can proudly wear the pair of boots that cunningly represent who you are. I can see the Louvre Pyramid when I look at the Paris boots, because of the iridescent silver prints on the collar, and the predominant grey colour.

The outfit I’ve got in mind when I think about my city, Paris, and my Timberland boots, is a personal mix of sportswear, because it brings this laidback mood, and femininity. I would necessarily need a skirt or a dress to keep it girly, while adding sporty details, like socks, a cap, or a backpack. That way, I feel good within the parisian atmosphere, I become this urban adventurer on fleek, ready for any troubles, any kind of weather, enjoying this super fashionable scene as a background, always attracted to new trends, and open to underground touches.

I think it's cool, most of the selected countries are "Capitals Fashion". It allows each country to differentiate it and show these color with style haha. When I see the boots I don't know why but i remind me of the Arc de Triomphe. 

It's funny that you ask me this question .. Because I'm just inspired by Paris and the boots for this shoot, hence this style: Overalls Dickies, turtleneck wool blue teddy.
I wanted to play on different terms and tones of blue color by adding small details such as beige sock or pink glasses.

The colour. They say blue is the colour of creativity, I was amazed at how much blue you can find in London without even trying. 

Blue calls for double denim. I like to mix that with a bit of paisley and a statement coat. 

In this collection, I really like the classic style of the boots which reminds me of the authentic New York City style, back then when the first rappers were rocking the same models of Timberland. The details added to this collection can be seen as the evolution of New York throughout these past twenty years: it's changed a lot but it is still NYC, the place to be in the world for creative people.

I would do a mix of street wear, inspired by New York, which is the birth place of hip-hop, with pants by Boris Bidjan Saberi, a chic coat by Raf Simons and my favorite hat from Horisaki, which balances well the street look with a touch of avant-garde designers. 

A boot but still city‐sleek for an adventurer like me, always looking for inspiration, something new to see and experience. The details of the shoe remind me of the East Side Gallery ‐ an open air memorial for freedom ‐ in the eastern part of Berlin. Its a former section of the Berlin wall covered in over 100 original mural paintings.

Berlin can be really beautiful in autumn and cold in winter. Most important to me is to stay warm, casual and comfy. Luckily Timberland is a classic autumn/winter boot that keeps my feet warm during both seasons. Black or blue jeans, oversize pullover, coat, scarf and gloves – its a goes‐with‐everything kind of shoe.

We love a good pair of black and tough boots. We're always looking for a contrast between our kind of style so these booties are perfect to style with dresses or a pair of jeans with a flow blouse. The boots totally suit the streets of our beloved city Amsterdam as well, they are perfect to stroll around the beautiful canals and suit the dark architecture. 

We would definitely pair the Timberland City Collection boots with a pair of leather trousers, a comfy oversized knit and a bomber jacket combined with a hat and beautiful bag. The best thing about these boots is that you can combine them endlessly!
