It was November the 15 of 1996, when the media exposure of the NBA and the whole basketball would be changed forever. It was during the best years of Jordan, the natural calamity who had shaken the NBA world, turning it into the greatest show enterteinment in the world, upsetting everything that that we believed to know about the pop culture.
Exactly 20 years later, Jordan celebrates that icon with a new collection entirely devoted to the film. It comes in fact today a the new campaign that elaborates in modern key the style so 90s of Space Jam. Beginning from the sneakers, strong point of the brand and great protagonists of the movie ("that beautiful little shoes", tells all of a sudden one of the Monstars to Jordan). Those "little shoes" were the Air Jordan XI, that helped Looney Tunes to defeat Monstars.
Just the Monstars are the fulcrum of the new campaign. They are coming back on the earth, this time not to steal talent but to impose their style: "Comply." The black uniforms of the Monstars therefore could supplant those of the Tunes in the imaginary. Unless some NBA hero doesn't help the Looney Tunes in the next one, expected, departed. We already have some idea.
