Nicopanda AW16 campaign

Nicola Formichetti has made his way into the fashion system for his positive and colourful visions, able to reflect with irony even the most current and profound themes. Characteristics he shares with Oliviero Toscani, Milanese photographer based in Tuscany, with whom he worked on the latest campaign for his Nicopanda brand.
The images are a celebration of unconventional beauty, represented by freckles, dreadlocks and imperfect smiles. The protagonists, many of whom non-professional models, wear items from his AW16 collection, characterised by bright colours and prints inspired by Japanese culture.
These days Oliviero Toscani is in the spotlight for having donated a self-portrait in black and white to the Uffizi Gallery in Florence, which will be exhibited at the Sala del Camino until late September.
