A bio pic about Alexander McQueen is in the making
Directed by Andrew Haigh

While the rumours indicate the current creative director of the brand as Raf Simon’s successor at Dior, a new movie is ready to explore the life of Alexander McQueen, hanging in the balance between genius and madness. The news comes exactly one year after the announcement of the play which saw him protagonist this summer in London, directed da James Phillips.
The screenplay has already been written by Chris Urch, the direction has been entrusted to Andrew Haigh and the production will be curated by French giant Pathé.
There are still no details about the cast or the plot, but the media interest is easily predictable. Just think of the V&A dedicated to the designer last year, sold out in a few hours and forced to extend its original run for the high request of participation.
