British Fashion Awards 2015
A summary
November 24th, 2015
Yesterday night London was the set of the British Fashion Awards, the event which honours annually the most outstanding talents in the fashion system. A couple of days ago we gave you a little anticipation about it, announcing – fiercely – that our beloved Alessandro Michele had been elected designer of the year.
The creative director of Gucci wasn’t actually the only one to be rewarded. During the night – held inside the sumptuous London Coliseum – we assisted to a proper ceremony, with a few coups de théâtre. Below you find a summary of who won what, to be updated on who really matters in fashion today:
Alessandro Michele: International designer award
JW Anderson: Menswear & Womenswear designer of the year
Stella McCartney: Brand of the year

Gwendoline Christie & FKA twigs: British style awards
Nick Knight: Isabella Blow award for fashion creator
