Sweden. 1882.
August Johansson is a cute little boy, grew up in a rural setting, always trying to invent new solutions to help laborers, until one day had the right idea: to make more comfortable the typical wooden clogs that the people in the Bastad area used to wear.
August now has his dream.
Eager to learn all the secrets of those shoes, find a cobbler to learn from, until he founded his own factory of clogs.
Thus it was born the brand Troentorp.
Hundreds of years later the company has revolutionized the wooden clogs, footwear as evolving in ever more sophisticated, no longer relegated to the fields, now like cult pieces like those of Martin Margiela.
Troentorp Toffel experimented with material, shapes and colors, creating dozens of models.
Seeing is believing.
