Colette and Le coq sportif show the return of Arthur Ashe.
The historical model of sneaker is divided into two versions: a woven leather blue and white, designed in only 55 numbered pairs specifically for the Parisian concept store, the other white leather available in a selection of premium boutiques worldwide.
Created in 1964 and evolved in the '80s, the shoe is inspired by the courts and is famous for the elegant design that combines comfort, lightness and flexibility.
For the revival of Arthur Ashe, le coq sportif decided to carry them out entirely in France, in Romans-sur-Isere, the capital of the production of luxury shoes, a town famous for its savoir-faire and the leather industry.
The shoes are then assembled by hand in the laboratories of the Archer Group, then go to the laboratories of sewing, assembly and finishing.
Each shoe is the result of painstaking work, done with great care by skilled hands.
The iconic le coq sportif will be available from January 12 at a price of 220 Euros.
