Confirmed It's Nike-y not Nike

It's something that everyone has asked at least once in their lives. Now we can finally clear up all doubts on the matter Nike. But look at the situation well, starting from the beginning:
Greek pronunciation: "Ni-che"
The famous and revered winged goddess, aka Nike of Samothrace was the source of inspiration from which the company has created its " Swoosh" representation of the wings of the goddess, created by graphic designer Carolyn Davidson in 1971. But despite the rise the name has always been pronounced as. From here the beginning of a never-ending battle phonetics : it says "Na-ik" or "Nai- ki"?
